Role of “Montelukast” in the Treatment of Acute COVID-19

One of the most remarkable men in the early treatment camp for COVID-19 is South African hero, Dr. Shankaran Chetty. Early in the pandemic, I was fortunate to learn from him how to treat acute ambulatory COVID-19 without the use of hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin.
