Alternative Remedies For the Common Cold and Flu…

Since Cold and Flu (and Covid) season is just around the corner I thought I would put together some supplement suggestions to stock your Alternative Medicine Cabinet ~ products that I personally keep on hand to boost the immune system which more often than not can kick the viruses in the butt before they take hold. I have not been sick in years and I believe it’s thanks to the kick-ass health products I take when I feel that first “tickle” in my throat indicating the virus is wanting to take hold. I have never had a Flu shot nor will I ever have a flu shot. In my opinion they do not work and are filled with ingredients harmful to the human body. I am not telling anyone not to get it, this is just my personal choice.

Quinine ~ Quinine which is a natural form of the synthetic form of chloroquine/hydroxychloroquine which is a medication primarily used to prevent and treat malaria and to treat arthritis and lupus.
